About Elixier Diagnostics
Preston’s specialist private diagnostic centre — founded by clinicians, built for patients.
We bring clinical expertise, advanced diagnostics and clear communication together in a setting designed around the patient experience.
Why Elixier Diagnostics exists
A shared vision, built over fifteen years.
Fifteen years ago, in the halls of a hospital in Delhi, a radiologist and a research scientist met through a shared commitment to exchange knowledge and collaborate on complex cases.
What began as professional discussion grew into a shared frustration with gaps in diagnostic care, and a vision of a better diagnostic centre — one where clinical rigour and genuine compassion carry equal weight.
That vision arrived in Preston in 2026: a radiologist-led, properly governed centre designed from the ground up around the patient experience rather than institutional convenience.

Clinical standards made clear
What makes us different.
Radiologist-led reporting
Your scan report is produced or clinically supervised through an appropriate Consultant Radiologist pathway.
Clarity about appointments and results
We explain what happens next, communicate through agreed timescales and act through the urgent-findings process when necessary.
Everything in one place
Ultrasound, X-ray, CBCT, DEXA, blood testing, preventive health and private GP consultation are brought together in one centre.
Governed clinical care
Our public commitments cover radiation safety, safeguarding, consent, dignity, incident learning and accountability.
A calmer care environment
We aim to give patients time to understand the examination, ask questions and know what happens after their visit.
How we work
Care that is timely, honest and accountable.
Timely clarity
Uncertainty about health is stressful. Accurate results, explained honestly and communicated promptly, are the foundation of everything we do.
Clinical integrity
We do not compromise on quality. Every examination is clinically justified, every report is accurate and we explain honestly when something needs further attention.
Genuine compassion
Attending for a scan or consultation can be worrying. We treat every patient with patience, dignity and respect, and take time to answer questions.
Openness and accountability
We are transparent about who we are, what we can and cannot offer, and what results mean. We are accountable to our patients and regulators.
